Gizlilik ve KVKK Aydınlatma Metni
Bu Aydınlatma Metni, RaporSoft tarafından sunulan yazılım hizmetleri kapsamında, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) uyarınca hazırlanmıştır.
1. Hizmet Tanımı ve Veri Sorumluluğu
RaporSoft, işletmelere yönelik bir yazılım platformu (SaaS) sunmaktadır. Platform üzerinden işlenen tüm veriler, sistemi kullanan müşteri firmalar tarafından sisteme girilmekte ve yönetilmektedir.
Bu kapsamda müşteri firmalar KVKK kapsamında veri sorumlusu, RaporSoft ise yalnızca teknik altyapı sağlayan hizmet sağlayıcı konumundadır.
2. RaporSoft’un Veri İşleme Kapsamı
- Müşteri verileri RaporSoft tarafından ticari amaçla kullanılmaz
- Veriler analiz edilmez, satılmaz veya üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz
- Sistemin çalışması için gerekli olduğu durumlarda sınırlı teknik erişim sağlanabilir
3. Verilerin Kaynağı
Platformda yer alan tüm veriler, müşteri firmalar tarafından sisteme girilmekte veya entegre edilmektedir. RaporSoft doğrudan veri toplama faaliyeti yürütmez.
4. Veri Güvenliği
RaporSoft, sistem üzerinde barındırılan verilerin güvenliğini sağlamak amacıyla gerekli teknik ve idari güvenlik önlemlerini uygular.
5. Veri Aktarımı
Müşteri verileri üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz. Ancak yasal yükümlülükler kapsamında, yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarından gelen hukuka uygun talepler doğrultusunda veri paylaşımı yapılabilir.
6. Çerez (Cookie) Kullanımı
- Sadece zorunlu teknik çerezler kullanılır
- Reklam veya takip amaçlı çerez kullanılmaz
- Çerezler yalnızca oturum ve güvenlik amaçlıdır
7. Kullanıcı Hakları
Platform üzerinden işlenen kişisel verilere ilişkin talepler, doğrudan ilgili müşteri firmaya iletilmelidir. RaporSoft veri sorumlusu değildir.
8. Platform Kapsamı
RaporSoft mobil uygulaması, www.raporsoft.com platformunun resmi uzantısıdır.
9. Yürürlük
Bu metin yayımlandığı tarihte yürürlüğe girer.
Privacy Policy & Data Protection Notice
This notice has been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) for services provided by RaporSoft.

RaporSoft provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for businesses. All data processed within the platform is entered and managed by customer companies.
Customer companies act as data controllers, while RaporSoft acts solely as a service provider.
2. Data Processing Scope
- Customer data is not used for commercial purposes
- Data is not analyzed, sold, or shared with third parties
- Limited technical access may occur only for maintenance and system operation
3. Source of Data
All data within the platform is provided by customer companies. RaporSoft does not directly collect personal data.
4. Data Security
RaporSoft implements appropriate technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of hosted data.
5. Data Sharing
Customer data is not shared with third parties. However, it may be disclosed to authorized public authorities when legally required.
6. Cookies
- Only essential technical cookies are used
- No advertising or tracking cookies
- Used strictly for session and security purposes
7. User Rights
Requests regarding personal data should be directed to the relevant customer company. RaporSoft is not the data controller.
8. Platform Scope
The mobile application is the official extension of the www.raporsoft.com platform.
9. Effective Date
This policy becomes effective upon publication.
